ABOUT POLLO HOUSE
Pollo House was built in 1840 with ties to royalty both locally and afar.
Today, this majestic Scottish manor house boasts sprawling views of the Cromarty Firth with its very own private beach alongside 16 acres of land where you'll find a peacock or two. This Georgian Scottish home wraps you with warmth as soon as you enter, with 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (7 ensuite) combining modern luxuries with a traditional Scottish feel. Perfect for multi-generation family gatherings where memories will be made to last a lifetime.

OUR ROOMS
There are nine bedrooms, with seven en-suites and three additional bathrooms. The house is split between the main house and the west wing, encompassing magnificent views of the Highlands, whether that be the rolling hills up to the mountains in the far distance, or overlooking the mature gardens or the famous view of the Cromarty firth - you might just spot a dolphin.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are nine bedrooms, with seven en-suites, one family bathroom and two cloakrooms
Large kitchen/dining room with walk-through pantry.
Boot room with wellingtons boots available in all sizes.
Living room with TV, Sky and working stove.

Lake and ponds
A large lake with inflatable boats available with a zip wire across it. There are three ornamental ponds great for spotting birds and other wildlife.'
Garden and Grounds
The grounds have 16 acres of land to explore with mature gardens surrounding the house.
Look out for the historic life-sized stone Great Dane statue raised by the Tsar of Russia in memory of his son's dog, Sailor, which died while on a visit to the Invergordon area in the late nineteenth century.
Wildlife
Peacocks and peahens roam the grounds along with chickens in a coup. Please help yourself to fresh eggs. You'll spot the deer from the kitchen window on a daily basis.

Inside: Table tennis, pool table, board games and children's toys and books available
Outside: Two swings, treehouse with slide, two full sized goals. Zip wire. Lake with inflatable boats.
Welcome Hamper
Welcome hamper filled with local produce from the traditional bakery which has the oldest working oven in Royal Tain.

Taxis can be secured from the airport or alternatively use a car hire service.
